Announcement of new political party by Megastar Chiranjeevi is once again postponed. Entire Andhra Pradesh is anxiously waiting for Chiranjeevi’s announcement of new political party on auspicious Ugaadi day. But Chiru postponed the announcement to May on the advice of his political aides. Political training camps for fans are on full swing in Hyderabad and best political brains are giving final touches to party manifesto. According to rumours, Chiranjeevi already finalised name, clor and symbol for his new political party.

In spite of all these news, I have some doubts over Chiranjeevi’s political moves.
1. By postponing announcement dates, what message he is sending to people and fans.
2. By not contesting Telangana by polls, does he lose initial momentum.
3. Is there really such a political vacuum in the Andhra Pradesh for a new political party that can win next Assembly elections in just within one year of its formation?
4. How can he face Kapu reservation move by YSR Government and widening gap between Kapu and BC communities?
5. Can his party win even 10 seats in Rayalaseema region?
6. Like NTR, does Chiranjeevi really have fan following in the over 50 years age group? Does he have God-like image among his fans?
7. Does Chiranjeevi ready to sit in opposition if he fails to win majority seats?
8. Can he able to build huge cadre in such a short span of time by facing strong rivals?
9. Can a Sensitive person like Chiranjeevi survive in today’s ugly politics?
10. Can he able to field strong candidates in all the constituencies? Like NTR, Can he able to attract strong leaders from other parties or field new dynamic young candidates?
11. Will Communist parties move along with Chiranjeevi party or Telugu Desam?
12. Is he ready to lose some of the coastal votes by forming an alliance with TRS?
I have negative opinion on the future of Chiranjeevi party. Please share your opinion on the political moves by Megastar.
